To make this easy chicken parmesan recipe all you need is.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Chicken breast ( Take freshly to make it delicious )
  • Eggs ( two eggs )
  • Parsley
  • black pepper powder
  • Onion powder
  • Onions ( 1 medium sized pieces )
  • Italian seasoning
  • lemon juice
  • Garlic paste
  • Olive oil ( for frying the chicken )
  • Bread crumbs
  • Panko
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Sugar and salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves ( finely chopped )
  • Tomato puree

TIME REQUIRED – 45 MINUTES

PROCEDURE :

In order to make the parmesan chicken more yummy, just follow these steps that I’ve mentioned below,

  • Take a medium sized bowl and add egg yolk into it.
  • Add garlic paste, a pinch of salt, black pepper, parsley and mix it well.
  • Now put the chicken slices into it and dipped it nicely in such a way that it will be completely coated with the paste.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  • Spread the bread crumbs and panko in the tray and put the chicken into the tray to cover it with bread crumbs.

NOTE – THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE A CRISP TO YOUR CHICKEN.

  • Then heat up a non- stick pan and fry the chicken which after marination until it looks crispy and goldenish brown in texture.
  • Take it out in a tray and keep it aside to cool down a little bit.

PREPARATION OF SAUCE :

  • In order to prepare the sauce we’ll take a pan and put 3-4 tablespoons of oil into it.
  • Add some chopped onions, and cook it well.
  • Then add all the seasoning, tomato puree, and onion powder, pinch of salt and half tablespoon sugar.

NOTE – YOU CAN ADD THE ITEMS AS PER YOUR NEED AND ARE FREE TO AVOID ONIONS IT YOU DON’T LIKE IT.

NOTE – YOU CAN REPLACE ONIONS WITH OTHER VEGETABLES OF YOUR LIKES ALSO.

  • Mixed all the items and cooked it well.
  • Now in the oven tray, put the fried chicken parmesan and add sauce over it.
  • Add mozzarella cheese over it and some sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
  • Atlas baked it for 15 minutes at 425 degree F or 220 degree celsius.
  • Broil for around 4 minutes and then serve hot.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHICKEN PARMESAN AND CHICKEN PARMIGIANA ?

However, there’s no difference between chicken Permesan and chicken Parmigiana as they are the different names of the same thing, and in chicken parmesan we prepared a sauce and put mozzarella over it and then baked it.

HOW TO BREAD CHICKEN ?

In order to bread the chicken we need to make a thin liquid consisting of egg yolk, seasonings, some fresh parsley, garlic paste, and a pinch of salt and then put it into the rectangular tray and cover it properly with spreaded bread crumbs.
